The North Battleford Part-time Firefighters Association has confirmed their third annual Sandbag Fundraiser is a go.
The sandbags are $5 a bag and can be picked up at K&K Glass or delivered within the city limits. Sponsors for this year’s efforts are K&K Glass and Ken & Terry Construction.
Last year’s fundraiser raised more than $3,000, with funds going to three community organizations. $1,000 each was presented to Battleford & Area Sexual Assault Centre, Battlefords Interval House and JumpStart.
