SASKATOON - Bernadette Sylvestri went through a range of emotions after checking her Lotto Max ticket and discovering she won $100,000 on the April 4 Extra draw.

“At first I thought something must be wrong with the machine,” the Saskatoon resident said. “When I gave the ticket to the store clerk to check I couldn’t believe it!”

“I kept saying, ‘What? No!’” she laughed. “It was overwhelming and I couldn’t wait to leave the store and get home.”

Sylvestri said the reality of her win hasn’t quite sunk in, but she has started thinking about what to do with her windfall.

“I was planning a move,” she said. “This will definitely help with it!”

Sylvestri purchased her winning LOTTO MAX and EXTRA ticket from the Circle K Convenience store located at 431 Kenderdine Rd. in Saskatoon. She won her prize by matching the last six digits of the EXTRA number – 4533596.

Saskatchewan residents can now use the Lotto Spot app – available for iOS and Android devices – to buy tickets for all their favourite lottery games.

Tickets are also available at Lotto Spot retailers throughout the province and on Subscription Spot.
