A collision between a semi and an SUV closed the eastbound lanes of Highway 16 about 14 kilometres west of Delmas Tuesday morning.
RCMP reported the closure at about 10:20 a.m., advising travellers to expect delays.
The highway was open again at about 11:10 a.m., but motorists were still being advised to slow down in the vicinity as police continued their investigation.
There were injuries but the RCMP has not advised as to their severity.
