Seven shelves of perfume stolen

Battlefords RCMP responded to more than 40 calls for service/occurrences between 6 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23 and 5 a.m. Monday, Nov. 25. Of those three were false or nuisance 911: calls, six were alarms and there were three reports of erratic driving.

Saturday


6:23 a.m. - Notification by Crown Prosecution of a 23-year-old man to be charged with violation of probation order.


1:25 p.m. - Seven shelves worth of perfume stolen from business at Frontier Mall. Surveillance footage available, matter remains under investigation.


3 p.m. - Hit and run reported on 1200 block of 108th Street. Sometime overnight unknown vehicle struck a fence causing significant damage.


3:08 p.m. - Child Welfare Act reported to police. Referred to Social Services.


3:51 p.m. - Hit and run reported to a vehicle parked on 1200 block of 101st Street. Suspect vehicle described as a white Dodge Ram. Possible license plate provided and matter still under investigation.


4:53 p.m. - Fire reported on 1800 block of 92nd Street. North Battleford Fire Department attended and fire contained to kitchen area. No injuries reported.


5:12 p.m. - Report of intoxicated male causing problems at a residence on 1900 block of Foley Avenue. Fled area when call made to police.


6:50 p.m. - Report of a disturbance at a business on Railway Avenue East. Several men reported to be fighting in a parking lot. Three men between 19 to 25 years of age arrested on scene for causing a disturbance. No charges pursued.


8:54 p.m. - Report of stolen dog from 1600 block of St Laurent Drive. Dog located by members and returned to owner. No charges pursued.


9:55 p.m. - 21-year-old man arrested for public intoxication after report of a male lying on the ground on 1300 block of 103rd Street and jumping in front of vehicles. Charges laid under Alcohol and Gaming Regulations Act.


10:20 p.m. - 30-year-old male arrested for public intoxication after report of a disturbance on 900 block of 103rd Street. Charges laid under Alcohol and Gaming Regulations Act.


11:50 p.m. - Report of intoxicated woman banging on doors on 1000 block of 104th Street. A 24-year-old woman arrested for public intoxication and facing charges under Liquor Act.


Sunday


12:10 a.m. - Report of Intoxicated woman walking around on Douglas Avenue. A 38-year-old woman located and arrested for public intoxication and charge laid under the Alcohol and Gaming Regulations Act.


1:29 a.m. - Reported disturbance at a residence on 700 block of 101st Street. A 27-year-old woman arrested and held in custody until sober. No charges pursued.


3:04 a.m. - Loud party/music complaint on 1000 block 105th Street. Subjects warned.


6:48 a.m. - Noise complaint on 1000 block of 105th Street. Subjects warned.


8:08 a.m. - 40-year-old woman arrested for refusing to leave hospital. Arrangements made for family to pick her up and released without charges.


9:47 a.m. - 14-year-old male youth arrested and charged with two counts of failing to comply with youth probation order relating to incident from previous evening.


5:34 p.m. - Intoxicated male refusing to leave a business on 1300 block of 101st Street. A 45-year-old male arrested and held in custody until sober.


6:24 p.m. - Party complaint on 600 block of 102nd Street. Warning given.


8:17 p.m. - Domestic dispute called in from Clark Drive. No arrests and matter mediated by members. A second call later in the evening, one subject left to stay with family to avoid additional problems.


9:26 p.m. - Call of a male at a home on 1800 block of St. Laurent Drive, intoxicated and trying to fight people. Subject fled when police called and not located. He was wearing an orange hat and may have been an upset Tigercats fan.


10:20 p.m. - Unknown person(s) reported to be knocking on doors on 1400 block of 104th Street. Fled area and not located.


11:06 p.m. - Report of male refusing to pay a cab fare. Suspect identified. Matter still under investigation at this time.


Monday


2:56 a.m. - Members called to a disturbance on 900 block of 105th Street. Upon arrival a 34-year-old woman exited the home, quite intoxicated, yelling and swearing at members. Arrested and held in custody until sober.
