The city of North Battleford Fire Department is reporting a sharps pickup at about 9 a.m. Friday morning.
The pickup occurred at the 1700 block of 101st Street.
The needles were located and removed from the property. One apparatus and three personnel were called to the scene.
Battlefords Fire is reminding residents that should they find any needles they should not touch them, and instead they should immediately call 911 and the fire department will collect them.
