One of the co-accused from the April 5 shooting incidents in North Battleford will remain remanded in custody until April 29.
Troy Delorme, who faces several weapons charges in connection to the incident, will return to provincial court for a scheduled bail hearing on that date.
He made a brief appearance in provincial court Wednesday, where defence counsel made a request for a bail verification report to be prepared and to canvass the possibility of electronic monitoring. The adjournment will allow time for that report to be prepared.
Four individuals face charges in connection to the shooting incidents that are alleged to have taken place on 93rd Street and 108th Street in North Battleford during the nighttime hours of April 5. Co-accused, Ryan Bear, also appeared in court this past week and is scheduled to go to trial on his weapons charges on Oct. 6, 8 and 9.
