Smoke from a wood-burning appliance raised the alarm at 1551 – 99th St. at about 4 p.m. Monday.
North Battleford Fire Department responded with one vehicle and three firefighters, but determined the source of the smoke was not a threat.
They were on the scene for about 10 minutes.
