Smoke Signals jackpot pays out more than $1.7M in Lloydminster

LLOYDMINSTER – Saskatchewan’s newest millionaire, Dwaine Haduik, a farmer from the Lashburn area, hit big on the Smoke Signals jackpot Wednesday afternoon, winning a total of $1,760,059.18. Haduik, won the Smoke Signals top tier progressive jackpot at SIGA’s Gold Horse Casino, located in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan.

Hadiuk was awarded his winnings in an official cheque ceremony at Gold Horse Casino on Friday, Nov. 4, by SIGA Senior Vice President, Operations, Lionel Tootoosis.

“On behalf of SIGA’s Board of Directors, management and staff, I would like to congratulate Dwaine Hadiuk on his impressive Smoke Signals progressive win,” said Tootoosis.

Regional General Manager at Gold Horse Casino, Trevor Marion, also had words of congratulations for the lucky winner. “Congratulations to our latest Gold Horse Casino millionaire, Dwaine Hadiuk. We wish you all the best, and enjoy your winnings!”

Smoke Signals has been reset to one million dollars and can be won at any time.

Smoke Signals is a SIGA-wide progressive jackpot that links 51 slot machines at all seven casinos. There are three mystery jackpot tiers that increase over time, with specific starting and ending prize values. The largest mystery jackpot has a minimum value of $1,000,000 and pays out before it hits $2,000,000. Each time a patron plays a Smoke Signals slot machine, any of the jackpots could be triggered.
