RCMP say witnesses and the victim involved in a weekend stabbing on Panton Avenue in North Battleford are refusing to co-operate with police.
The incident took place around 3 a.m. Saturday in the 9000 block of Panton Avenue.
Police say a 19-year-old man had been stabbed several times and was taken to hospital suffering from several wounds. RCMP later described the victim's condition as stable in hospital in Saskatoon. He is expected to make a full recovery from more than 10 stab wounds.
RCMP say they are continuing their investigation.
