Gerald Stanley, who is charged with second degree murder in the fatal shooting of Colten Boushie in August, was back in North Battleford Provincial Court Thursday facing two counts of unsafe storage of a firearm.
The criminal code charges stem from the Aug. 9 incident in the RM of Glenside, police say.
His next appearance is scheduled for the preliminary hearing being held April 3-7 in North Battleford.
