It was a quiet 24 hours for North Battleford RCMP as they responded to less than 20 calls for service/occurrences between 6 a.m. Monday, June 9 and 6 a.m. Tuesday, June 10.

It was a quiet 24 hours for North Battleford RCMP as they responded to less than 20 calls for service/occurrences between 6 a.m. Monday, June 9 and 6 a.m. Tuesday, June 10.


Among those were one municipal bylaw/noise complaint, two traffic matters and two calls for members to assist EMS.


Monday


8:45 a.m. - Theft of personal electronic equipment from a vehicle left parked on Hock Avenue overnight.


10:04 a.m. - Report of online harassment. Parties in question all know each other.


10:32 a.m. - Members mediated a custody dispute regarding ownership of a dog between two persons.


11:18 a.m. - Ford Taurus reported stolen from 1600 block of 103rd Street. Recovered by members near 100th Street later in the day. Three suspects have since been identified and the investigation is continuing.


11:18 a.m. - 15-year-old youth arrested and facing a charge of assaulting a police officer after an altercation on Railway Avenue East. Youth has since been released for a first court appearance July 24.


11:25 a.m. - Property dispute between split up couple reported. 


2:43 p.m. - 37-year-old man arrested after report of intoxicated man causing a disturbance on 101st Street.


4:11 p.m. - Theft of gasoline at a business on Highway 16. Suspect vehicle described as a light blue Pontiac G6.
