From 2 to 4 p.m. Saturuday, Nov. 21, 102nd Street from 13th Avenue to 14th Avenue will be closed for the Winter Festival.
At 3:30 p.m .crews will start closing streets for the Winter Festival Parade until 5 p.m.
The parade is starting at 13th Avenue down 102nd Street to 11th Avenue, along 11th Avenue to 101st Street, 101st Street from 11th Avenue to 13th Avenue, 13th Avenue from 101st Street to 100th Street, 100th Street from 13th Avenue to 12th Avenue, 12th Avenue from 100th Street to 102nd Street and returning to 13th Avenue at 102nd Street.
