On Friday, Dec. 20 at approximately 10:50 p.m., North Battleford RCMP responded to a report of a fight involving several people on 101st Street.
A 36-year-old male was located on scene suffering from a head injury after reportedly being struck in the head with a bottle.
Three males were arrested by RCMP in connection with the incident.
An 18-year-old male is facing charges of assault and disturbing the peace. He was remanded to North Battleford Provincial Court on Monday, Dec. 23. He also was arrested for an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault.
A 19-year-old male is facing charges of assault with a weapon and disturbing the peace and was also remanded into custody for Monday, Dec. 23. He also was arrested for outstanding warrants for aggravated assault and impaired driving.
A 26-year-old male is facing charges of disturbing the peace and uttering threats. He has since been released for a first appearance in the new year.
The victim of the assault was treated and released.
