TISDALE — A subject of continued concern by the town council is a collapsing storm sewer main on the west side of the town back in May 1978. A Beaver Lumber company delivery truck came a cropper last week as the result of another collapse on the line near the intersection of 101st Avenue and 97th Street.
In the photo, a forklift is being moved into position to hoist out the beleaguered vehicle.
The sewer line and frequent breaks in some water mains are being discussed with the town’s consultant engineers, Underwood McLellan & Associates.
