Tisdale hockey players earn bronze at Sask. Winter Games

Two Tisdale athletes have earned a bronze medal in the Saskatchewan Winter Games. Nicholas Andrusiak and Connor Hvidston were both members of the Lakeland male hockey team, which won third place after defeating Team South East 3-1.

Two Tisdale athletes have earned a bronze medal in the Saskatchewan Winter Games.

Nicholas Andrusiak and Connor Hvidston were both members of the Lakeland male hockey team, which won third place after defeating Team South East 3-1.

The male curling team, which featured Tisdale athletes Quinn Brown, Jesse Cleaveley, Matthew Merriman and Austin Olson, placed sixth overall.

The male hockey and curling teams competed in Battleford Feb. 19 to 21. Figure skating and female hockey will compete Feb. 22 to 24.
