A Tisdale man charged with attempted murder and other crimes was given conditions for release at his second court appearance.
Kevin Yelland appeared at Nipawin Provincial Court Aug. 2 in front of Judge Les Matsalla. The conditions included a $500 recognizance, no contact with the complainant, a commitment to keep the peace, reporting to a probation officer immediately after the release, a curfew, no drug, alcohol or firearms, and no entering a place that sells alcohol.
Yelland had appeared at Tisdale Provincial Court the day before. His next court appearance will be in Tisdale Sept. 5.
