Unity RCMP are advising that extremely poor road conditions are currently present in their area. Travel on Highway No. 29 from Wilkie to the Battlefords is not recommended at this time due to blowing snow and the presence of drifts restricting traffic to a single lane. Blowing snow and high winds are present in the other areas of their jurisdiction and are affecting overall road conditions. It is expected road conditions will deteriorate as the storm progresses.
