Warman RCMP are cautioning motorists against travel on Highway 16 between Saskatoon and North Battleford, particularly near the town of Maymont. Both directions of Highway 16 are reduced to one lane due to drifting snow and the highway is ice covered in much of the driving lane. Police are recommending that if travel is necessary that driver's should reduce speed and exercise extreme caution. There have already been single vehicle collisions reported to police today as a result of motorists not adjusting their speed to these conditions.
