A former employee charged with administering a noxious substance to a resident at a North Battleford group home is going to trial.
Ashley Marie Johnson will be tried in January in Court of Queen's Bench, Battleford. She has elected trial by judge alone.
She faces charges of assault and of administering a noxious substance to cause bodily harm and to aggrieve or annoy a person.
