Warrants were issued for two of three people charged with weapons offences and drug after they failed to appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court.
Warrants were issued for Brennan Sanderson, 27, and Shannon Sanderson, 29, who were arrested by Prince Albert Crime Reduction Team on the Sturgeon Lake First Nation after police raided a home Feb. 12. At the home, police seized a sawed-off shotgun, speargun and suspected hydromorphone, which is an opioid.
Brennan and Shannon were released from custody in February on a promise to appear in court.
A third co-accused, Shania Yooya, 24, was held in custody but released on bail. She is charged with unauthorized possession of a prohibited firearm, possession of a prohibited firearm with ammunition, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, unsafe storage of a firearm, possession of a firearm with a tampered serial number and possession of a weapon obtained by crime.
The charges haven't been proven in court.
Yooya was scheduled to appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court on April 14 but her appearance was adjourned until June 24 for election.
