More charges have been laid in a school break and enter from last Wednesday night, and this time it is two 12-year-olds who are now facing charges.
According to North Battleford RCMP police, one of the 12-year-olds faces charges of break and enter, possession of stolen property and failure to comply with conditions of an undertaking. His court date is yet to be determined.
The second 12-year-old has already been charged with possession of stolen property and police report he now faces new charges related to a second incident at the school on Oct. 7. Those charges include assault, mischief under $5,000 and two counts of failure to comply with conditions of an undertaking. The charges were laid after police were called to the scene after the youth was suspended from the school and refused to leave.
He also faces one charge of assault, one of theft of a vehicle and one of possession of stolen property stemming from other incidents this summer. He was due in court Oct. 8.
The charges follow on the heels of the arrest of a 14-year-old in the same incident from last Wednesday. The 14-year-old is charged with break and enter, possession of stolen property and failure to comply with conditions of an undertaking.
The incident last Oct. 2 happened in the overnight hours on the 2200 block of 102nd Street.
