More than 30 calls for service were reported to the North Battleford RCMP detachment between 6 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26 and 6 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27.
Included in those calls were nine municipal bylaw or disturbance complaints, one fraud investigation,two family relations or child welfare complaints,two false or nuisance 911 calls,two traffic complaints andthree false alarms.
Tuesday
7:31 a.m. - Vehicle reported to have been egged overnight on 101st Street.
11:56 a.m. - Report of intoxicated man walking and falling into traffic.Located and arrested off Territorial Drive East.
1:11 p.m. - 911 call of threats being made to complainant at a residence on 101st Street.All parties known to each other. Suspect was already gone from residence when call made and matter remains under investigation.
4:35 p.m. - Report of the theft of a sign from a yard on 1000 block of 109th Street.
6:00 p.m. - 34-year-old woman charged with theft under $5,000 after a shoplifting complaint from a business on Carlton Trail.
6:04 p.m. - Man arrested after report of shoplifting from a business on Carlton Trail.Charges still pending.
9:50 p.m. - 911 call of an assault at a residence on 103rd Street.Suspect known to complainant no longer at residence.No injuries and investigation ongoing.
Wednesday
12:26 a.m. - Youth facing charges of failing to comply with probation order in violation of curfew during a residence check by members.
1:24 a.m. - 39-year-old man facing charge of failing to comply with probation order in violation of curfew during a residence check by members.
