Unity RCMP seek help for B and E in Wilkie district

Unity/Wilkie/Macklin RCMP are seeking the public’s help in solving a theft from a farmyard near Wilkie last week. According to police, on May 23 at around 2:30 a.m. a farmyard was entered and numerous items were stolen from a building.

Unity/Wilkie/Macklin RCMP are seeking the public’s help in solving a theft from a farmyard near Wilkie last week.

According to police, on May 23 at around 2:30 a.m. a farmyard was entered and numerous items were stolen from a building. Items stolen include a camouflage 2013 Polaris Ranger UTV, along with a 1988 ATV, various tools, chains and tow straps, and a set of wheels and rims, with the total approximate value of $50,000.

A stolen vehicle was also recovered from the farmyard.

RCMP have provided photographs of the thieves along with pictures of the vehicles used by them in committing the offense. A white Ford truck was located stuck near the scene of the theft. The RCMP is seeking assistance in identifying the suspects.

The public is reminded to ensure all vehicles and buildings are locked, with the keys taken out, and if you see any suspicious vehicles in the community please contact the Unity/ Wilkie/ Macklin RCMP.
