The Battlefords RCMP responded to approximately 44 calls for service between 6 a.m. Thursday, May 15 and 6 a.m. Friday, May 16. Police are seeking information into the following incidents:
Thursday
• Report of a vehicle being egged while parked in the 200 block of 20th Street in Battleford overnight.
• Report of kids behind Connaught School who wouldn’t move off the street and were screaming.
• Complaint of theft of a rotor tiller from an address on Scott Drive. This occurred sometime between May 2 and this date. The tiller is described as a 5 hp red colored MTD Briggs and Stratton.
Friday
• Report of someone banging on the back door to an address in the 800 block of 109th Street.
The Battlefords RCMP responded to several calls of intoxicated people in public. Other investigations included three 911 Act calls, two false alarm calls, one Child Welfare Act, three Mental Health Acts, two Fire Prevention Acts, eight traffic related occurrences and three disturbing the peace/municipal bylaw related occurrences.
