Vehicle left running stolen

Battlefords RCMP responded to more than 20 calls for service/occurrences between 6 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28 and 6 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29. Among those were one alarm and two nuisance/false 911 calls. Tuesday 8:48 a.m.

Battlefords RCMP responded to more than 20 calls for service/occurrences between 6 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28 and 6 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29.


Among those were one alarm and two nuisance/false 911 calls.


Tuesday


8:48 a.m. - Vehicle left running to warm up on 110th Street stolen. Located abandoned a short time later off of 104th Street.


12:07 p.m. - Back window of a vehicle parked on 106th street damaged sometime during the morning.


1:44 p.m. - Third party reporting possible domestic assault on 106th Street occurring several days earlier. Investigation ongoing.


3:10 p.m. - Disturbance complaint on 109th Street. One tenant getting grief from another tenant while attempting to move out.


3:23 p.m. - Vehicle parked on 1200 block of 98th Street overnight had items stolen from it.


5:09 p.m. - 34-year-old woman arrested for mischief, refusing to leave a residence on 108th Street.


7:35 p.m. - Report of mischief. Unknown person(s) throwing rocks at a home on 100th Street.


8:32 p.m. - Report of intoxicated man sleeping in the women's washroom of a business in North Battleford. 45-year-old man was arrested. Man then proceeded to damage the phone at the detachment when contacting a lawyer. Subject charged with mischief and causing a disturbance.


9:53 p.m. - 911 call to a residence on 101st Street of a possible domestic disturbance. A man was located upon arrival outside the home, heavily intoxicated with minor injuries. Subject refused to co-operate with police about circumstances of injury. Other occupant of home spoken to also unco-operative. 29-year-old man was arrested on scene for breach of peace. No charges pursued at this time due to lack of co-operation from all parties.


10:17 p.m. - Report of youth missing court imposed curfew on 110th Street.


11:20 p.m. - 29-year-old man arrested for public intoxication on outstanding warrants from an outside detachment on 101st Street.


Wednesday


4:50 a.m. - Noise/loud party complaint on 108th Street.


5:25 a.m. - Noise/arguing complaint on 109th Street.
