Steven Daniel Vu, 26, of Waseca was arrested Tuesday by RCMP in Lloydminster and he is facing drug related charges.
The arrest was made at the McDonald's parking lot.
Vu is charged with cocaine possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of methamphetamine, breach of probation and possession of the proceeds of crime.
He remains in custody and is to appear in Lloydminster Alberta Provincial Court May 7 at 10 a.m.
