Battlefords Rural RCMP say a highway crash has claimed the life of a 21-year-old woman from Saskatoon.
Police say the woman was the lone occupant of a Dodge Neon that was travelling westbound on Highway 16 about 15 kilometres west of Battleford when she crashed head on into the railroad crossing post.
An RCMP collision reconstructist, Battlefords Fire Department and WPD Ambulance attended thescene. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
