With 49 votes, Zachary Youzwa has been elected as councillor for the RM of Nipawin's Division 5.
Youzwa defeated David Hluchaniuk, who received 15 votes; Jason Froese, who received 14; and Conrad Kimmie, who received 4.
No votes were rejected or spoiled in the Nov. 1 byelection.
