The Battlefords are missing the Civic Centre, dropping five of seven games on the road this month.
The latest loss came to the Notre Dame Argos by a score of 6-2.
Artem Chupin of the Argos kicked off the scoring three minutes into the tilt.
The Stars would respond just two minutes later at the hands of Tanner Brewster on the power play. The tally marked his sixth of the campaign, while Keegan McBride and JC Dubecky had the assists.
Notre Dame would go on to put up five unanswered goals until Luke Reid scored late in the third to make it 6-2. Leading scorer for the AAA Stars, Owen Lamb, and Karstin McDonald collaborated on the goal.
The Argos narrowly out shot the Stars 27-24.
Both teams scored once on the power play, the Battlefords scoring once in five attempts, Notre Dame with one tally on three.
AAA Stars are now 6-8-0-2 and sit in eighth place with 14 points.
They play the second of back-to-back games in Notre Dame on Sunday, this time against the Hounds. The matinee game begins at 1:30pm.
