Scott Manners delivers a rock during action last weekend in Saskatoon at the Tim Hortons Brier.

It may have been a long shot for Team Saskatchewan skip Scott Manners and his rink to win the Brier, but they did go out with style.

Manners and his teammates of Tyler Lang, Ryan Deis and Mike Armstrong earned their third win at this year's Tim Hortons Brier in their final game giving the home province crowd one last chance to truly show their support for Team Saskatchewan.

Along with the win during the final draw of round robin play at the Brier, Manners earned some individual hardware.

Manners was selected by his peers as the winner of the Ross Harstone Award. The award is presented to the curler who best represents Ross G.L. Harstone's high ideals of good sportsmanship, observance of the rules, exemplary conduct and curling ability.

Ontario's Russ Howard, a favourite coming into the action, prevailed over Alberta in the final Sunday.
