The league recognized Cameron Blair for his play against the Estevan Bruins in the North Stars' SJHL quarter-final series.
Blair was named the SJHL's player of the week for the period ending March 23. In the three games during the week, Blair picked up three goals and two assists. When the series shifted to Estevan, he scored once in game three Tuesday and registered two assists in game four Wednesday. Back at the Civic Centre for game five Friday night, Blair scored both goals as the North Stars eliminated the Bruins.
In the series in which he was arguably the team's best skater, Blair had five goals and two assists for Battlefords.
The North Stars acquired Blair at the SJHL trade deadline for Austin Eaves and future considerations. Blair had eight goals and eight assists in 16 regular season games for the North Stars.
