Seven in a row.The Humboldt Broncos took on the Kindersley Klippers at the Elgar Petersen Arena on October 20 and won the game in a 4-0 shutout, taking their win streak to seven in a row. At 4:02 of the first period, Bronco Adam Zbitniff, assisted by Rhett Blackmur, scored the team's first goal. Later in the period, Kameren Ballas, assisted by Adam Antkowiak and John Lawrence, gave the team a 2-0 lead with a power-play goal at 16:38. The trend continued in the second period, with Neil Landry scoring a short-handed goal at 8:22.At 13:40 of the third period, Joey Davies, assisted by Cody Pongracz, got the last goal of the game, giving the Bronocs a 4-0 win over the Klippers. The game started out slow with penalties, with the Broncos earning two and the Klippers one. As the game wore on, tempers got a little more heated, with both teams getting two penalties in the second and three in the third. The Broncos outshot the Klippers 43-34. Luke Lee Knight was in net for Humboldt.
