They had the most wins when the ranking were released earlier in the week and they are the top team in the Sherwood Conference - the Yorkton Terriers are again on top of the Source Embroidery Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League Power Rankings.

Also from the Sherwood are the Melville Millionaires, who moved from fifth to third and Notre Dame who are fourth this week.

Humboldt is second again, while Flin Flon has dropped all the way to fourth.

The Battlefords North Stars continue to work hard and sit in sixth in the rankings.

At the bottom of the list are the Estevan Bruins while Melfort and Weyburn are 10th and 11th.

The Canadian Junior Hockey League rankings are quite similar, as Yorkton is the top ranked SJHL team in sixth place after dropping two spots.

Humboldt, who wasn't rated the last time the CJHL rankings were released, jumped on the list at 13th.

Melville earned an honourable mention.

SJHL Players of the Week

Battlefords North Stars veteran Connor Creech was named the goaltender of the week. After returning to the North Stars' lineup following a pre-Christmas break injury, he posted two wins to start 2013. Creech helped the North Stars beat Weyburn and then beat Nipawin the next night on the road 2-1. Creech has 15 wins on the season. As for now, he is likely day-to-day after re-tweaking his groin Tuesday in a rematch with Nipawin.

The rest of the weekly awards were issued to Sherwood Conference teams.

Two Millionaires, Sean Aschim and Daniel Orsborn, made the week's list.
