Battlefords Sharks forward Jetta Derenoski was named the SFMAAAHL's second star for the month of February.
Derenoski was an important piece for the Sharks as they recorded two overtime wins vs. the Saskatoon Stars. In the three games played in February, Jetta recorded six points. Her 23 points on the season placed her 13 overall in the league at the conclusion of the regular season. Derenoski's speed is her greatest asset. She has emerged as one of the top offensive threats in the league who will build on her offensive stats with two years of midget eligibility remaining.
