The Battlefords Ball Hockey League wrapped up June 28, as the final two playoff games were played in the 11 to 15 division.
The Falcons met up with the Eagles in the championship game and came away with a 7-3 win. Brayden Kotyk had a hat trick and an assist to lead the Falcons to victory. The Eagles' Brady Holhoyl was busy making 17 saves in the loss.
The Falcons and Eagles both won 10 games during the regular season and were just three points a part in the overall standings heading into the playoffs.
In the B final game, Dragons earned a 4-0 win over the Griffins, as the Griffins were short players once again.
Two players, Kotyk (Falcons) and Logan Nachtegaele (Griffins) have been selected to play with the U17 provincial team that will play in the Canadian Junior National Championship in Vernon, B.C. Aug. 2 to 5.
