After the quarter-final North Battleford Touch Football League game between the Broncos and Wanderers was postponed last week they did face off Oct. 4. Since then, the semifinal games have been played and two teams remain.

The final will feature the Huskies and the Gophers, a repeat of last season's championship game, which was won by the Huskies.

The Huskies were 9-1 during the regular season this year and finished in first place while the Gophers were 7-3, but had a better net point ratio than the Huskies. The Huskies scored 239 points while surrendering 93. The Gophers scored 254 points and allowed just 88 points.

To get to the final, the Gophers pulled off a slight upset beating the Rhinos 21-20 Tuesday at Beaver Lions Stadium.

The Huskies beat the Wanderers 26-0 to advance to the final.

In the quarter-finals, the Wanderers beat the Broncos 41-0 last week.

The final was scheduled for Thursday at Beaver Lions Stadium. In the two regular season games, the Huskies won 15-13 and 18-6 over the Gophers this season.
