The New Horizons played the second round of the spring session Jan 10.
Some of the games played featured some big ends. Rogers scored five in the third to go on to defeat Horrell, and with John MacFarlane skipping the MacKay rink, they scored five in the seventh to down Bob Guest, who was filling in for Peter Pauls.
Doug Belyk sneeked by Allie Raycraft in the last end and Wally Gordey had Hagen by one after eight.
Other winners were Hall, Scott and Wisner.
