Saturday, Moose Jaw went up 2-0 after the first period and 3-0 after the second.

The game was 5-0 in favour of the Generals, before the Stars' Khisis Derocher broke the shutout. Derocher scored his 10th of the season from Brock Weston and Carter Danczak.

Moose Jaw added one more goal to earn the 6-1 win.

Nigel Detbrenner-Rempel played the first period and allowed two goals on 14 shots and was saddled with the loss. Blair Mahon stopped 22 of 25 shots in relief.

Sunday, Moose Jaw had an even more impressive offensive outburst, scoring 10 goals, six in the second period alone.

The Stars were out shot 38-20 and out scored 10-0.

Mahon took the loss this time allowing three goals in 23 minutes. Detbrenner-Rempel allowed seven goals in 37 minutes.

The Stars will look to rebound from the losses Thursday, as they are on the road and up against the Beardy's Blackhawks. Saturday the Stars host the Saskatoon Blazers and Sunday they are in Prince Albert to face the Mintos.
