After the Christmas break, junior hockey teams would surely love the opportunity to play an exhibition game to wear off the turkey and get back in game shape.

After the Christmas break, junior hockey teams would surely love the opportunity to play an exhibition game to wear off the turkey and get back in game shape.

The Battlefords North Stars and three other Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League teams will have that opportunity, as the Swedish National Under 17 team will play four exhibition games in Saskatchewan.

The Swedes' tour begins with in Flin Flon Dec. 29. From there Team Sweden will play in La Ronge Dec. 30, Humboldt Jan. 1 and international hockey will take place at the Civic Centre Jan. 3 at 7:30 p.m.

Fans interested in watching the game can purchase tickets for the regular price of a North Stars' ticket or, season ticket holders can get a discount on three tickets for $10 each.
