A rainy weekend caused many schedule changes for the tournament but it proceeded with the Hurricane boys playing two games on Saturday.
The first game saw them defeat the SUSC Whitecaps 5-0 and the second game they came out on top 4-0 against the Aurora Athletics. They played their third game Sunday morning coming out with a tie against VSA Rovers which saw them advance to the semifinals. They faced the Lakewood Storm in the semifinals and won 2-0.
They ended up playing VSA Rovers again for the gold medal game ending with a 0-0 score. The medals were decided by a five-man shootout with VSA edging out the Hurricanes.
