The late Senator Herb Sparrow served as the honourary president with the Saskatchewan Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum since its creation in 1983.
After Sparrow's passing in September that position was left vacant. Last week, Jane Shury, the president and CEO announced the new honourary president.
Norm Bell of Saskatoon is the new honourary president and chair of the fundraising committee.
