The most recent standings have been released for the Battlefords and District Ladies' Fastball League.
The Northwest Vipers are perched on top of the standings, as they held an 11-1 record. The Vipers lone loss came in a game defaulted to the Unity Rustlers.
In second place is the Unity Midget Panthers. The Panthers are 10-3 on the season.
Next in the standings are the Battlefords Midget Bandits with a 9-5 record. The 7-5-1 Maidstone Iron Maidens are fourth, the Unity Rustlers are 5-8 and in fifth, the Battlefords Survivors are 4-8-1 and sixth, the Battlefords Bantam Bandits are 3-11 in seventh and the Unity Bantam Panthers round out the standings with a 2-10 mark.
There are four games that were postponed due to rain and the playoffs will start Monday.
In other softball news, June 30 will be a busy day for the two bantam teams in the League. Battlefords and Unity will play a best-of-three in Unity June 30 with the winner advancing to the Saskatchewan Summer Games in Meadow Lake. The games are scheduled for 11 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and if necessary 4 p.m. in Unity.
