Wednesday, Rylan Rogers was presented with the NSRBL MVP award by co-commissioners Kelvin Colliar and Troy Sack.

Rogers, was voted the league's MVP by the teams in the league and after the voting, Colliar confirmed Rogers had his name on nine of 13 ballots and was voted first in nearly half of those.

Rogers joins, Brett Harrison (1999), Bryan Briggs (2000) Aaron Sittler (2001), Brad Frehlich (2008) and Colby Field (2009) as players who have their names engraved in the league trophy.

Rogers helped the Beavers clinch the fifth spot in the standings this season and picked up two no-hitters along the way.
