It is time to drop the puck on the Battlefords North Stars' season - or at least the pre-season.
Registration and fitness testing begins Friday at 11 a.m. with 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. practice for the 50 players anticipated to be at camp.
Saturday scrimmages will be at 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. with off-ice fitness testing in the afternoon.
The final camp of camp will be Sunday at 9 a.m.
The North Stars will also be headed to Wainwright, Alta. to play Lloydminster at 6 p.m. Sunday.
As for the regular season, the North Stars confirmed they will be implementing electronic ticketing for the regular season. This new feature will offer fans an online ticketing option, assigned seating, a seating chart to view and shorter lines at the gate on game night.
