In just the second season of existence, the John Paul II cheer team is fired up.

That enthusiasm showed, as they competed in the Warman Cheer Classic March 16 and 17.

The cheer competition features teams from across Saskatchewan in British Columbia and the United States.

This was the second time John Paul II competed in the competition in Warman and they brought home a silver medal in their category.

The cheer team was set to go to Saskatoon this weekend for provincials and were looking to better their 2012 performance, which resulted in a silver medal.
