North Saskatchewan River Hockey League has semi final action between St. Walburg and Meadow Lake. Game three goes at 8:30 p.m. in St. Walburg.

Beavers Lakes Hockey League final will begin in Glaslyn, as the North Stars host St. Louis at 8:30 p.m.

Battleford Curling Club and the North Battleford Granite Curling Club a junior bonspiel. Call Colleen at 937-7400 for more information.

Battlefords AA Atom Barons will host their annual hockey tournament with a prize table, daily 50/50 draws, two Calgary Flames will be raffled off and some great hockey will be on display at the Battleford Arena.

Meota Curling Club is hosting a spring spiel. The entry fee is $120 and includes supper. Contact Pat Becotte to register.

Battlefords 50's Hockey Tournament will have two local teams joined by 12 other teams for the annual tournament. Action goes at the Don Ross Arena, Battleford Arena, Civic Centre on Friday and the Don Ross Arena and Civic Centre Saturday and Sunday.

Battlefords North Stars will host 2010/11 awards banquet. All family members, billets, sponsors, fans and volunteers are welcome. Tickets at $20 per person or $25 per couple. Cocktails begin at 5 p.m. with supper at 6 p.m.

North Saskatchewan River Hockey League has semi final action between St. Walburg and Meadow Lake. Game four is set for 8:30 p.m. in Meadow Lake.

Saskatchewan Prairie Hockey League has game four scheduled for 7 p.m. in Radisson between the Wheat Kings and Maymont Settlers

March 8-9

Battleford Minor Softball Association will be holding their registration nights at the Don Ross from 6 to 8 p.m.

March 11-13

Edam Curling Club will be hosting an open bonspiel. Entry fee is $100 per rink. Contact Barry Weitzel at 973-2869 or Larry McDaid at 937-2858 for more information.
