The Melville Millionaires gained a measure of revenge on the La Ronge Ice Wolves Sunday.
Nearly a week after the Ice Wolves snapped a 32-game losing streak in a shootout against the Millionaires at the SJHL Showcase in Saskatoon, Melville picked up a shootout win of their own in La Ronge as they brought a halt to their four-game skid with a 3-2 triumph.
Cory Schillo had the only goal in the skills competition, while Trevor Paradise and Clayton Eisler scored in regulation for the Millionaires.
Austin Bill and Jason Bednarski replied for the hosts.
Both goaltenders were busy as Colby Entz made 32 saves for the Millionaires and Jordan Frey turned aside 36 shots for the Ice Wolves.
