Just two weeks remain in the Battlefords and District Ladies' Fastball League and then it is playoffs at the Flats.
This week, the Maidstone Iron Maidens won twice, as they beat the Battlefords Bantam Bandits at the Flats by a 7-3 score.
Monday, the Iron Maidens won 10-9 over the Battlefords Midget Bandits after having to tie the game in the sixth inning and pull ahead in the seventh.
The Unity Midget Panthers also won twice in the week including an 18-3 win over the Unity Rustlers Wednesday and a 13-6 win over the Battlefords Bantam Bandits Monday.
Monday the Unity Rustlers beat the Unity Bantam Panthers 18-10.
The eight teams will be back in action Monday with two games at the Flats, one in Unity and one in Maidstone.
