Last week produced something different from the New Horizons curling.

We are not reporting on the skips this time around, but rather the thirds. So you figure it out.

In the morning draw for the New Horizons Feb. 28 it was Tom Frey who got the better of Norm Soiseth on sheet one. Art Strueby on two topped John Zimmerman. Larry Forester opened with six and went on to defeat Cora Christiansen, but not by much.

In the afternoon, Karl Kropf topped Ralph Soiseth, Sharon Russel won over Tom Foster, John MacFarlane over Louis Uhrmann, while John Dove scored a deuce on the final end to defeat Jim Fraser.

After sorting that all out, it puts the Hall rink in the lead a half point up on Krismer and Scott.

What has happened to the Rogers' foursome?
