Twins and Brewers win big

There were just two games on the North Saskatchewan River Baseball League schedule Tuesday night, but neither game was close. The Lloydminster Meridian Twins improved to 4-0-1 with an 11-0 win over the Unity Midgets in Unity.

There were just two games on the North Saskatchewan River Baseball League schedule Tuesday night, but neither game was close.

The Lloydminster Meridian Twins improved to 4-0-1 with an 11-0 win over the Unity Midgets in Unity.

In Lloydminster the Midwest Expos didn't fare much better, as the Wilkie Brewers led 8-0 and 11-0 after the first two innings. The final score was 19-3 for Wilkie with Robert Cey earning the win.

Russ Nielsen and Nick Pernitsky each hit solo homers for the Brewers who improved to 5-1.
